"One of the easiest 5 star ratings I've ever given. Loved the story and how it progressed, keeping you immersed in the world of adventure on the seas, aliens, facing real-life enemies. Main characters, you can instantly relate to, on a literal voyage of discovery. Would recommend to anyone if any age, even if not your usual genre. Cannot wait to see if there will be a sequel, I really hope there will be."

Goodreads review:

"Zero Point Girl is a fun, fast-paced sci-fi adventure that feels very accessible, especially for younger readers. It kicks off quickly with the mysterious crash at sea, and from there it keeps the momentum going with a mix of danger, discovery, and high stakes secrets.

Natalie is an easy character to root for. She starts off dealing with very normal problems, but suddenly finds herself in a situation that’s way bigger than she ever imagined. Watching her step up and adapt to everything happening around her is one of the highlights of the story.

The sci-fi elements are engaging without being overly complicated. The mystery around the alien technology and the idea of two worlds at risk adds enough depth to keep things interesting, while still keeping the story easy to follow. It has a bit of that cinematic feel, which makes sense given its origins as a screenplay.

At times, things move pretty quickly, and I found myself wanting a bit more detail in certain moments. But for the kind of story it is, the pacing works and keeps it exciting.

Overall, I’d recommend this to readers who enjoy light, action driven sci-fi with a young, relatable protagonist. It’s an entertaining read that mixes adventure with just enough mystery to keep you hooked."
